Where to get the Butterfly Net
The Butterfly Net is inside the Enchanted Tree, in the middle of the room. Pick it up there before going out to collect butterflies. It is a tree unlock, rather than a normal Shop purchase.
Finish the Wisp route
Reach the Enchanted Forest with 50B Speed, complete and claim Wisp's three quests, then select Return Wisp.
See Wisp's three quests and tree-unlock route
Result: You can open the Enchanted Tree entrance behind the Forest guard.
Collect the net inside the tree
Enter the tree and pick up the Butterfly Net in the central area.
Result: The net appears in your tools, ready to equip during a Bloom.
The tree also contains Convert and Altar stations. You return here to spend the butterflies you collect outside.
FIELD NOTE
How to catch butterflies
When Butterfly Bloom begins, head into the Enchanted Forest and equip your Butterfly Net. Move close to the butterflies and through them with the net equipped. Watch for a catch message and an increased owned count.

Keep collecting while the event is active. Your butterflies are stored in your inventory for later exchanges.
Collect the net before waiting for a Bloom; entering the forest alone does not complete the unlock.
FIELD NOTE
When Butterfly Bloom starts
Watch for the Butterfly Bloom notice in your server, then head to the Enchanted Forest with your net equipped. Hold To Reset reports a Bloom every 30 minutes, at :15 and :45 past the hour, while other launch guides describe random timing. Use the server notice to decide when to start catching.
The reported clock times are a planning hint, not a guaranteed schedule. Wait for the event notice before making a trip just to catch butterflies.
FIELD NOTE
Butterfly types and conversions
There are four tiers: Emerald, Sapphire, Amethyst, and Radiant. Inside the tree, interact with the station marked Convert and choose the trade you need. Each trade spends the lower tier to make one butterfly of the next tier.

| Get | Spend at Convert |
|---|---|
| 1 Sapphire | 10 Emerald |
| 1 Amethyst | 10 Sapphire |
| 1 Radiant | 50 Amethyst |
These are trade-up recipes for the butterflies you already own. They do not describe every butterfly you might catch during Bloom.
If you convert only Emeralds: 1 Sapphire costs 10, 1 Amethyst costs 100, and 1 Radiant costs 5,000 Emerald. These are material equivalents, not drop rates or catching times.
If you want Enchanted Essence, reserve its recipe amounts before converting spare butterflies. Having a Radiant alone is not enough.
FIELD NOTE
Enchanted Essence recipe
At the Altar inside the Enchanted Tree, the Enchanted Mutation Shrine crafts one Enchanted Essence from all four butterfly types together.

| Material | Keep for the recipe |
|---|---|
| Emerald Butterfly | 240 |
| Sapphire Butterfly | 115 |
| Amethyst Butterfly | 40 |
| Radiant Butterfly | 1 |
Starting with only Emeralds and converting everything else costs 10,390 Emerald in total: 240 + (115 × 10) + (40 × 100) + 5,000. This is a conversion-only calculation, not a required catch count if you already own higher tiers.
Enchanted Essence is used to apply an Enchanted Mutation before an Egg hatches. The guaranteed result concerns mutation application, not a guaranteed rare Pet hatch.
FIELD NOTE
Missing butterflies or materials
Work through the unlock, event, and inventory checks below before repeating the whole Wisp questline.
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| The tree is locked | Finish and claim all three Wisp quests, use Return Wisp, then interact with the tree entrance. |
| I cannot find the net | Look inside the tree's central room. Check your toolbar if you have already picked it up. |
| No butterflies in the forest | Get the net first and wait for a Butterfly Bloom notice. Butterflies are tied to the event. |
| Butterflies appear, but my count does not rise | Equip the net and move through a butterfly. Look for the catch notification and owned count. |
| Trade Up will not work | Check the selected recipe and its lower-tier cost: 10, 10, or 50. |
| The shrine says Need More Butterflies | Compare every inventory row with 240 / 115 / 40 / 1. Recent conversions may have spent a tier you still need. |
Use the current Convert and Shrine menus if an update changes a cost. Do not spend materials based only on an old screenshot.

QUICK ANSWERS
Frequently asked questions
Where is the Butterfly Net in Steal An Egg?
Inside the Enchanted Tree, in the central room. Complete Wisp's quests and return Wisp to open the tree, then pick up the net.
How do I get a Radiant Butterfly?
The confirmed trade-up recipe is 50 Amethyst Butterflies for one Radiant at Convert inside the tree. If you start entirely from Emerald, that conversion chain costs 5,000 Emerald. This is the exchange route, rather than a complete list of Bloom drops.
Should I convert all my butterflies into Radiant?
For Enchanted Essence, keep 240 Emerald, 115 Sapphire, and 40 Amethyst as well as one Radiant. Converting everything upward can leave you short of a required lower tier.
Does Butterfly Bloom happen every 30 minutes?
Hold To Reset reports :15 and :45 each hour, while other guides describe random intervals. Check the event notice in your server before relying on a clock-based schedule.
